I spent 6 years working as an internal coach within the publishing organisation where I worked. My training focused on coaching senior managers and team leaders to help them to develop their own resources within the organizational context. I take a psychological approach to coaching. My approach overlaps with counselling as the focus is on the individual within the organization. It involves coaching clients to reflect on their thinking, feelings, and behaviour in relation to their workplace relationships within the cultural context of the organization. I help clients shift their perspective on their situation and enable them to appreciate their resourcefulness in order to fulfil their potential.
